Missional leaders carry a passion to see lost people found, developed and released to fulfill their God-designed role in contributing to the advance of gospel movements, but without support, training and coaching a large percent fail. The health, anointing, and competence of a leader determines their capacity to effectively make disciples and cooperate with God and others to see Kingdom transformation released in neighborhoods, cities, and nations of the world. I believe that God is calling me to impact the advance of God’s Kingdom through equipping, coaching and consulting with leaders and teams worldwide to help emerging and existing leaders flourish as faithful and fruitful servants of God.

Through my work in Novo, I seek to launch teams and leaders committed to the task of advancing God’s Kingdom in cities and nations through disciple making, leadership development, and coaching.
